Many years ago, like 20, I had the ultimate privilege of living in Wapakoneta, Ohio on and off for 2 years. My parents lived there and I was at boarding school in England, so visited during the holidays. To this day I would still love to go back and live, but it is not a happening thing.(Speaking of Wapakoneta, this is the shortest-lived blog I've seen in awhile. Seems Mrs. Walters is better at creating blogs than updating them.)
Now for my curmudgeon impersonation: Cokie Roberts recently said, "Young people as much as we like to see them active in politics are notorious for not showing up when you need them." She likes to see them active in politics 'eh? Given that young people are generally less experienced and less knowledgeable, would she also say: "Young people, as much as we like to see them out driving on the roads a lot..."
