Had to laugh...

...at my wife's latest set-up to discourage the grackles and starlings from eating what is supposed to be for woodpeckers and goldfinches or other more worthy birds.

She was working from home at the kitchen table and was constantly getting up to shoo away the bad birds but then came up with the idea to string a rope through the window:

Meanwhile, the "BW Garden" (i.e. 'before weeds'):

It won't last but is nice while it does.
